GEORGETOWN COUNTY -- Georgetown County deputies charged a Georgetown man with committing a Lewd Act Upon a Minor.
Deputies arrested Tarl Bradford Rollings, 33, at his home on Cody Lane Friday.
According to the police report, the grandmother of a 9-year-old girl contacted the Sheriff's Office in regards to an incident that occurred on March 4. The grandmother told deputies her granddaughter had arrived at her house in tears that day and said Rollings had fondled her and tried to kiss her on a bed in his bedroom after being invited into his home.
Deputies went to his home and arrested Rollings. Rollings is being held at the Georgetown County Detention Center.
