Conway police charged Jabari Laws, 19, and Parish Gagum, 21, both of Conway, with Grand Larceny and Criminal Conspiracy. They each received a $20,000 surety bond on the charges.

Police say just before 11 a.m. on March 1, Laws and Parish stole several thousand dollars of construction equipment from a home on Westridge Boulevard.

Witnesses told police they saw a black truck leaving from their neighbor's home. The neighbor owns a concrete company and stores his work tools there.

When the man came home, he found about $12,300 worth of concrete equipment was missing.

Police found some of the items were crushed at a local scrap metal yard.
