Horry County police say they solved a rash of catalytic converter thefts with three arrests.
The thefts were reported between February 7 and February 17. They happened at several car lots in Loris, Conway and Little River.
Detectives recovered 54 catalytic converters with a value of $18,900.
Police charged Dustin Grady Tyler, 30, of Conway with three counts of Grand Larceny over $2,000 but less than $10,000, two counts of Petty Larceny, and two counts Malicious Damage.
Kevin Lewis Norris, 30, of Little River is charged with three counts of Grand Larceny over $2,000 but less than $10,000, Petty Larceny, and Malicious Damage.
Crystal Darlene Johnson, 32, of Conway faces three counts of Grand Larceny more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 and Petty Larceny.
