(AP) -- COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley and U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham will talk about opposition to federal health care laws.
The governor and senator are holding a Statehouse news conference Monday to talk about how the legislation affects the state.
Haley told President Obama last year that South Carolina can't afford the health care she wants to find a way for the state to opt out. She has joined other governors challenging the law.
She has yet to provide details of just how the state would develop its own health care system with changes such as a state health insurance exchange and barring insurers from bumping people with preexisting conditions.
