Superintendent Michael Lupo says Gregory Hill has been fired from Marion School District Two.

Hill was the football coach and athletic director at Mullins High School when he was arrested in August on nine counts of dissemination of harmful materials.

Police say he showed nine cell phone pictures of his genitals to a 16-year-old girl at Mullins High School in August.

Hill taught global studies at Mullins High.

In September, the State Board of Education in Columbia suspended his teaching certificate until a due process hearing is held or until the matter is resolved.
