Conway police looking for home invasion suspect

Conway police are looking for Venson Edward Strickland, 19, of Conway, in connection with a home invasion on January 31.

Police say Strickland and another man broke into a home on Fulmer Street. The victims told police both men had bandannas covering their faces. One of the men had a handgun and demanded money from the victims. A victim recognized one of the suspects as being Strickland, who is their neighbor.

Strickland is wanted on a charge of Burglary 1st Degree, Kidnapping and Criminal Conspiracy.

Conway police spokeswoman Catina Hipp says the second suspect has not been identified.
