Joseph T. Rogers, 90, and his wife, Annie Ruth Rogers, 85, died Monday morning when their home on West Legette Road in the Centenary community of Marion County burned.

According to Marion County Coroner Jerry Richardson, the State Law Enforcement Division has been called in to investigate the fire.

Richardson says he doesn't suspect there was any criminal involvement, but it is routine to call in SLED whenever there is a fire death.

We're still waiting to learn more details about the fire from the Centenary Fire Department.

We'll update this story as more information is released.
