(AP) -- Delaware State Police say they will file murder charges against a Milford man who is a suspect in a missing person investigation.
Police said authorities in Dillon, S.C., arrested 30-year-old Juan Strydom on a fugitive warrant early Friday in the death of 65-year-old Gary Sanders of Frederica, who was last seen Oct. 1.
The arrest came after investigators executing a search warrant at Strydom's home on Thursday found a body buried in a wooded area.
Medical examiners used dental records to identify the body as that of Sanders.
Police said Strydom will be charged with first-degree murder and abusing a corpse.
