Power restored in Conway

About 15 city blocks along Highway 544 north of Coastal Carolina University lost power for about three hours Thursday night.

Horry Electric Co-op Spokesperson Penelope Hinson says the power outages were due a system malfunction.

Hinson says all power was restored by 9pm.
