In the past three weeks, two 18-wheelers were stolen from farms in Marlboro and Dillon counties.
Deputies are investigating whether thefts at two farms in the Pee Dee are connected.
In the past three weeks, two 18-wheelers were stolen from farms in Marlboro and Dillon counties.
The trucks were loaded with hundreds of pounds of soybeans. One farmer says the value of the soybeans in his truck was $15,000.
Both trucks have been recovered and investigators are trying to determine if there's a link between the crimes.
Authorities in North Carolina are also helping with the investigation.
