The Junior Beta Club at North Myrtle Beach middle school hosted a toy drive that will go towards North Strand Helping Hand.

They made posters and hung them up around the school encouraging their classmates to donate and made announcements about the drive during their morning news program.

Junior Beta Club member, Natasha Molina says the donations are going towards a good cause and it's going to help kids on Christmas have a present under the tree.

So far, the Junior Beta club has collected 600 toys.
