(AP) -- Through the month of December, you can buy hundreds of items at auction from the state of South Carolina.
Some of the items have been in the state's possession since 1934. They are items that have been unclaimed by South Carolinians and they include watches, jewelry, coins and various miscellaneous items.
There are three separate strings of auctions. The first began Monday and runs through December 17th. The second auction is scheduled from December 10th through the 23rd. Finally, the third auction will run from December 17th through 30th.
