A jury sentenced Donatavious "Hugo" Jackson, 18, to 25 years in prison for burglary.

Jackson broke into a home in the Hartsville area last year. Deputies say evidence found at the crime scene linked Jackson to the burglary.

Jackson was arrested in April of this year after deputies say he was on the run for several months.

Two weeks ago, he was tried on the burglary charge and it ended in a mistrial.

The jury Wednesday found him guilty of the charge.
