(AP) -- Spartanburg County officials say a man has died after he apparently fell out of a boat while fishing on a lake in Woodruff.
Coroner's Rusty Clevenger says sheriff's deputies and rescue personnel were called to a farm late Sunday afternoon.
Clevenger says 57-year-old Richard Allen Warren of Woodruff was found in about 8 to 10 feet of water. Officials say the water temperature was less than 50 degrees. Clevenger says an autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death.
Sheriff's deputies and the South Carolina Natural Resources Department are investigating.
