(AP) -- A Fort Mill man has been accused of impersonating a police officer during a traffic stop.
The Herald of Rock Hill reported that 20-year-old Robert Kimbrell Kerber was charged with two counts of impersonating a police officer last week.
A York County sheriff's report says a 40-year-old Lancaster man told deputies that a red Crown Victoria pulled behind him about 4 a.m. on Nov. 18 with sirens and lights operating.
The man says he was approached by a man wearing jeans, a jacket with an "FD" logo and a camouflage hat. The man told the driver he was an undercover officer.
A woman reported that a red car with lights on top and in the grill chased her on the same road but she refused to stop. She called Lancaster County sheriff's deputies.
It was unclear if Kerber has an attorney.
