Investigators say in August, Hamilton shot a Hartsville man in the leg when the two got in an argument. The victim recovered.
Police say in September, Hamilton shot a second man after an argument while he was wanted for the first shooting. That victim also recovered.
They arrested Hamilton at Forest Ridge Apartments in Hartsville without incident.
