Lane closures are expected on Highway 17 Business in North Myrtle Beach next month.
The city is installing underground utilities between 3rd Avenue South and 7th Avenue South. In December, one northbound lane will be closed. Another will close between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Friday.
The project is expected to last into the spring.
