More than 120 airmen return to Charleston base

(AP) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - More than 120 Airmen from the 15th Airlift Squadron are scheduled to return to Charleston after a four-month deployment in the Middle East.

The Air Force said in a news release Sunday that the squadron conducted about 3,500 daily airlift, airdrop and medical evacuation mission under the 8167th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron.

The squadron also provided support to flood victims in Pakistan.
