The three teenagers charged in connection with the death of Mary Alice Stutts, 75, in August 2009, will be in a Dillon County courtroom on Monday.
Police found Stutts' body on Admiral Drive in Dillon County. They charged Lorenzo Inman, 19, his brother Damian, 18, and John Henry Bridges, 16, with murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary and grand larceny.
Officials with the Dillon County Clerk of Court's office tell NewsChannel 15 that dozens of people have been subpoenaed to testify in this trial, but they aren't sure how how many of them will take the stand.
Stutts was reported missing August 19, 2009. Investigators found one of Stutts' shoes in her backyard and her the side door to her home open. They found her body two hours later on Admiral Drive.
Police say Stutts was inside her home on West Calhoun Street when the Inman brothers burglarized the place and robbed and kidnapped her. Deputies say they stole her car and at some point picked up Bridges.
Officers say the three killed Stutts and left her body.
Jury selection in the teenagers trial is scheduled to begin Monday.
