Wednesday, October 27, Feed the Children will send two tractor trailers full of food for needy families in our area.

The food will go to Coastal Rescue Mission. They'll have enough food boxes, personal care boxes, and Avon boxes for 800 needy families.

The food is available to any needy family. Coastal Rescue Mission officials will help qualify the families.

The food will be given out from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27th at Coastal Rescue Mission's distribution warehouse (568 George Bishop Parkway, Myrtle Beach).

There is an urgent plea for 40 volunteers, a forklift, and pallet jack for unloading. The volunteers are needed to help distribute the food.

Call the Coastal Rescue Mission at 448-1352 to volunteer or for more information.
