You have the chance to sample some fresh food and raise money for a festival in Myrtle Beach.

Chefs from restaurants like Croissants Bistro will prepare a five-course dinner for the "Farm to Table Dinner." It's set for this Sunday at Thompson Farms and Nursery in Conway. "It's an event that showcases local farms and fisheries. What we're really trying to do is take six area chefs, prepare a wonderful gourmet meal and really let people know what they can buy right in their own backyard," said Candace Howell, executive director for Coastal Uncorked.

Tickets are $150 per person. The event is a fundraiser for "Coastal Uncorked," a food and wine festival scheduled for March.

You can buy tickets at Croissants Bistro, Thompson Farms and Nursery or email: events@CoastalUncorked.com
