A Tennessee man has died in a car wreck in Horry County. State troopers say the driver of a mercedes lost control on Waccamaw Boulevard around 9 p.m. Saturday night. That's off Highway 501 near the intracoastal waterway.
The driver is 46-year-old James Richard Cassell Talbott of Tennessee. Troopers say when Talbott lost control of his car he hit a concrete barrier. Talbott was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he died just before 11 p.m.
