Horry County police worked with U.S. Marshals and the State Law Enforcement Division to arrest two men wanted in connection with several violent crimes, including several shootings.
Thursday, they arrested Jackie Duvale Jenkins, 24, of Loris. He's charged with Assault and Battery With Intent to Kill stemming from a shooting at Mt. Vernon Grocery in Loris on December 22, 2009. He's also charged with Assault and Battery With Intent to Kill and Burglary 1st Degree stemming from a home invasion and shooting on Bellamy Drive in Little River on March 22, 2010.
They also arrested Lorenzo Jaquel Herion, 19, of Conway. He's charged with Armed Robbery stemming from a Robbery on Oak Street Extension in Conway on September 28, 2010, Unlawful Use of Telephone stemming from an incident on Gale Avenue in Conway on September 28, 2010, and Failure to Appear General Sessions, Failure to Appear Central Traffic Court.
Police say they found the two men when they executed a search warrant at a home on Park Hill Drive near Conway after learning the men may be at the home.
Police say the men were arrested without incident.
