Shaw airmen to return from Iraq deployment

Nearly 300 airmen from Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter are expected to come home Sunday from Iraq.

The airmen are part of the 55th Fighter Squadron and 55 Aircraft Maintenance Unit, as well from the 20th Component Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance Squadrons.

They've been deployed for four and a half months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
