There will be another investigation into the activities of the Waccamaw Economic Opportunity Council.
Louise Cooper heads the state agency that funds the EOC. She says it appears day-to-day operations were being managed by EOC board chairman Zacharius Grate and the board made improper use of a closed session.
Both are violations of the agency's rules.
Cooper says she'll be gathering more information before deciding on a course of action.
