Former Atlantic Beach Police Chief Randy Rizzo has filed suit against the town of Atlantic Beach after he was fired from the town late last year.
According to online records, Rizzo filed the lawsuit on August 23, though it's not clear what he's seeking.
The town meets Monday night to discuss a number of pending legal actions, including Rizzo's.
The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. with an executive session, followed by the general session.
