Some child booster seats not making the grade

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety evaluated 72 boosters, recommending some as "best bets" or "good bets."

However, eight models are not recommended, and 36 fall short. In some cases, lap belts ended up being too high on a child's stomach.

Also, shoulder belts were either too close to a child's neck or, they fell off the shoulder.
