Financial and legal troubles continue for Freestyle Music Park.

A group of former employees filed a lawsuit against the park seeking unpaid wages.

Court records show 17 people listed as plaintiffs in the breach of contract suit that was filed last Friday.

In August, the company that holds the park's mortgage filed a foreclosure suit against the park's parent company.

The theme park never opened this summer, after just two seasons of operation.

The first year it was Hard Rock Park.
