A Florence County man is behind bars - charged with felony DUI - after a passenger in a car he was driving Saturday night was killed.
South Carolina Highway Patrol say a car was traveling on Sam Harrell Road in Florence County around 7:30 Saturday evening when the driver lost control causing the car to flip.
Florence County Coroner Bubba Matthews says the passenger Samsom Tyler Muldrow, 23, was ejected from the car.
He died at McLeod Hospital in Florence just after 1:00 Sunda morning.
Police charged the driver of the car, Anthony McCall, 27, with several charges, including felony DUI resulting in death.
He is being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
