Horry County police say a man attempting to climb down the balcony of a 3rd floor apartment after being caught in bed with another man's wife, fell and landed in the grass.
Police responded to the apartment on Rexford Court around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
They say the man living in the apartment returned home to find his wife naked in bed with the man. The resident told police the man tried to climb down from the balcony and fell.
The man who fell was taken to the hospital for a possible broken leg or hip.
No charges have been filed.
