Leonard, Grigg and Associates and Traditional Homebuilders announced Tuesday a new development is going up in Grande Dunes.

Cipriana Park, as it will be called, will include 182 homes that will be built in four phases on the east side of Highway 17 Business.

The homes will be more geared toward families with a price range from the $270,000s to the $390,000s.

Burroughs and Chapin CEO Jim Apple said he understands the housing market has not been good. But he says these homes are in the right price range to sell.

Most homes in the Grande Dunes development run in the high six figures to million dollar range.

Homeowners in Cipriana Park will have access to all Grande Dunes amenities, like the marina and tennis courts.
