Horry County police arrested a man for a deadly shooting in Socastee over the weekend.
They charged Alex Lorenzo Robinson, 28, with murder.
Officers were called to Strand Drive at about 2:10 a.m. Saturday. They found Sylvester Smart, 28, had been shot. He was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, where he died.
Robinson is in the J. Rueben Long Detention Center.
The case remains under investigation and more arrests are possible.
Police say Smart is the second person to be killed in the mobile home park in less than 18 months. In March 2009, police say a woman stabbed her boyfriend to death in the same area.
