Officials in North Myrtle Beach say they "have developed a suspect" in a deadly hit and run collision that left a pedestrian dead.
North Myrtle Beach Police the driver hit and killed a 21-year-old woman on Highway 17 last Tuesday morning.
The incident happened in front of the Ocean Creek Resort in NMB around 1:30 a.m. August 17.
The Horry County Coroner says Corissa Irvin of New Hampshire was pronounced dead at the scene.
SC Highway Patrol says the vehicle should be damaged on the front end, especially near the headlight on the right side.
NMB Police stress that this is an ongoing investigation and they will not release anymore information.
