The woman who runs an Atlantic Beach church is suing town leaders for $2 billion.

Reverend Windy Price runs Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Price and her husband were arrested in July for being in the building. The town claims it was condemned because of exposed electrical wiring.

The church says in the lawsuit that the town has been trying to shut it down since 2003. The lawsuit claims the town is violating the church's freedom of religion, freedom of speech and is conspiring against the church.

Here's an excerpt from the suit:

"That despite continuing to have to pay the plaintiffs' damages for violation of the their rights, defendants as heathens are determined to drive the Christian church from Atlantic Beach because God interferes with their bars, drinking, lying, cheating, corruption and tyranny.
