Conway Police arrested a man wanted by several law enforcement agencies.
Willie Jamal Sumpter was found Thursday night hiding under clothes in a closet in an apartment on Creel Street.
He was wanted for hitting a female acquaintance in the face with a belt buckle and a burglary on Lincoln Park Drive.
A judge denied bond on the burglary charge, and he received a $2,500 bond on the criminal domestic violence charge.
Sumpter was wanted by Conway and Horry County Police and South Carolina Probation and Parole.
