The driver of a car that hit and killed a woman Thursday will not face charges.

Myrtle Beach police say the 20-year-old woman was crossing 21st Avenue North at Greens Boulevard when she was hit.

The coroner identifies the girl as Delya Bonbaeva of Russia.

Police say she was trying to dodge cars while crossing the street
