A Grand Strand actor has joined the ranks of country and rock stars.
Scott Perri was chosen as the cover model for the August 2010 Carolina Chrome magazine. The magazine covers South Carolina.
Scott is the first actor the magazine ever put on the cover. The magazine says it chose him because he's an avid rider.
Scott has lived in Pawleys Island for almost 16 years. With his current filming schedule, he manages to stay in the area for about half of his time.
The magazine says this issue is one of the most popular ever printed.
