Major Carlos Raines with Florence Police tells NewsChannel 15 officers arrested Myra Grainger, 34, on two counts of attempted murder.

Police say she went to her grandparents home on Wenonah Drive in Florence asking for money, Tuesday evening.

Raines says they refused and that's when Grainger stabbed them. Raines says Grainger's 5 year old son was in the house with her at the time of the stabbing.

Police arrested Grainger a few hours later in Florence County.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Grainger's 83-year-old grandmother had been released from the hospital. Her 87-year-old grandfather underwent surgery and was still being treated for his injuries.

Grainger's bond was set at $200,000
