A car overturned on I-20 Saturday afternoon sending one man to the hospital.
It happened about 2:30pm near mile marker 127 in Darlington County.
Highway Patrol say the driver was going west on I-20, lost control, and flipped in the median.
He was taken to the hospital. His condition has not been released.
The wreck backed up traffic for miles.
