Stephen Cooke is the Director of Business Development for Daytona Beach International Airport in Florida.
Michael La Pier is the Chief Operating Officer for the Sacramento County Airport System in California.
Richard Howell is the General Manager for San Luis Obispo County Airports in California.
County leaders could make an offer early next week.
