CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Funeral arrangements are set for the 2-year-old South Carolina boy authorities say was buried under 400 pounds of concrete in a trash can.

Palmetto Mortuary says funeral services for Rodricus Williams are being held at noon on Tuesday at the Ebenezer A.M.E. Church in Charleston.

The boy's father and his girlfriend were arrested Thursday, two days after authorities say the couple concocted a story about the boy falling into the Charleston Harbor near a popular tourist destination.

Authorities say Roger Williams and Grace Nichole Trotman led them to an abandoned mobile home in a rural area some 55 miles northwest of Charleston, where the boy's remains were discovered in a concrete-filled plastic trash can.

Williams and Trotman are in jail and no bond has been set.
