The Coastal Chapter of the Red Cross held a garage sale to raise money, and they did pretty well on Saturday.
The Red Cross packed its warehouse in Myrtle Beach and sold everything from rugs to clothes.
Many of the items were donated from estates and other real estate auctions.
The proceeds from Saturday go toward the Red Cross's new emergency operations center.
Red Cross officials say the yard sale raised a couple of thousand dollars.
But she says not everything was sold so they tell NewsChannel 15 that they may hold another sale next weekend.
