A candidate for the Darlington County Council District 4 seat is protesting the election results.
Ann Warr says there problems at the Lamar 1 precinct.
Warr lost to Bobby Hudson who got 57% of the vote.
She sites a number of irregularities including the design of the voting booths which she says didn't easily allow poll workers to see what was going on behind the machines.
No word on when her protest will be heard.
