Marion County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Ryeon Ramelle Fogan of Columbia Friday for grand larceny.
Sheriff's deputies say a homeowner in the Springville Community of Marion County reported his ATV stolen Thursday.
Marion County Sheriff Investigators received a call that a guy named Fogan was trying to sell an ATV. They found it hidden in a wooded area in the Wahee Community of Marion County.
While investigators were searching the Fogan's home, they say the found Fogan hiding in a vent space in the home.
Fogan's girlfriend told deputies that Fogan wasn't home and after officers found and arrested him, the girlfriend was arrested as well for giving false information to police.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office also had a warrant on Fogan for grand larceny for stealing another ATV back in September 2009 off of Crepe Myrtle Road in Marion County. That 4-wheeler was recovered also.
Deputies had been looking for Fogan for eight months.
He is currently in the Marion County jail on a $10,000 Bond.
