An Horry County jury is deciding the fate of a man accused of murdering someone during Memorial Day Bikefest three years ago.
Police say Brian Spears shot and killed Aaron Hammonds on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach on May 27, 2007.
Three others who were shot survived.
Spears is charged with murder and three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill.
The jury began deliberating around 3:00 p.m. We'll let you know when they reach a verdict.
