NewsChannel 15 has learned the case against Thomas Flynn, a former plant manager for Metglas in Conway, was dismissed last Thursday by Magistrate Margie Livingston.

A warrant issued last December said Flynn gave proprietary trade information to an India-based company.

Livingston said there wasn't enough probable cause to charge Flynn so she dismissed the case. The 15th Circuit Solicitor's office does not plan to pursue the case any further.
