Major climate change legislation is expected to move forward this week without key support from one of South Carolina's U.S. Senators.
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has worked with other senators for months on developing the bill, but says he's no longer on board.
Graham says he believes that the legislation, which includes an expansion of offshore drilling, won't garner enough votes because of the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
Senators John Kerry, (D) Massachusetts, and Joe Lieberman, (I) Connecticut, are expected to introduce the bill in the Senate this week.
The House passed its version of the climate change bill last year.
