Press Release - Horry County Library Director Clifton Boyer and Georgetown County Library Director Dwight McInvaill will sign a reciprocal borrowers agreement on Wednesday, May 5, at 11 a.m. in the Horry County Library Administration Building located at 1008 5th Avenue in Conway.

Reciprocal borrowing means that any citizen residing in either two counties can qualify for a library card at no cost.

This is especially beneficial to those citizens living on the borders between the counties like Bucksport, Garden City, and Murrells Inlet.

This new service will increase access to all citizens in both counties.
