Police release picture in Home Depot arson

Friday, Myrtle Beach Police released a surveillance picture of a person of interest in connection with a fire Tuesday evening at the Home Depot in Myrtle Beach.

Just before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a suspicious fire and shoplifting incident at the home improvement store.

Police are looking for any witnesses that might have seen the person in the surveillance picture.

The man is described as white, mid-30's, 5'8" tall, approx. 155lbs, with a tattoo on his neck.

The person of interest was wearing a blue baseball cap, gray sweatshirt, and dark pants in the store.

Police are waiting on the store's surveillance video to be downloaded so they can release video of the person of interest.
