CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- The U.S. Marshals Service says agents have arrested a South Carolina man charged with killing his nephew.
The U.S. Marshals Service said Thursday that Donsurvi Chisolm of Berkeley County was arrested at a bus stop in Los Angeles.
Chisolm is charged with killing 14-year-old Michael Chisolm and wounding Michael's father, Dansa Chisolm, on April 1.
The Post and Courier of Charleston has reported that Donsurvi Chisolm lived at the same home as his brother and nephew.
The suspect was supposed to be wearing a GPS ankle bracelet as a condition of his release from jail while awaiting trial on another murder charge.
Chisolm was awaiting trial in the 2007 shooting death of 20-year-old Craig M. Canady Jr., who was found in Summerville.
